The wireless door control is installed directly on the lock cylinder and

moves it via the inserted key. For this reason, the lock cylinder must

have an overhang of approx. 10 mm beyond the inner bracket. If this

does not apply with your existing cylinder, then you need a new lock

cylinder (see pro le cylinder with emergency and danger function,

ME2700-ME2703). This is how you determine the correct length:

Measure the outer and inner dimension and add the 10 mm overhang

to the inner dimension. This also applies to existing brackets and

collars.

Only use HomeTec with a door cylinder that has an emergency and

danger function!
